I have been working alongside people for nearly 10 years, assisting them as they process life’s peaks and valleys. It is normal to have questions before starting with a new therpist, here a few that are regullary asked.
How much does a session cost?
My standard fee for an individual 50-minute session is $125. I do reserve up to 30% of my practice for those who have a need for a sliding scale price.
For payment methods I am able to take credit/debit cards, cash, checks and some clients are able to use their HSA account.
What does it take to start my first session?
You can set-up your first session over the phone or email. We’ll talk briefly, schedule an appointment, and then I’ll send you intake paperwork that takes most people 10-15 minutes to complete.
Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance. However, I am happy to provide you a super bill at the end of each session which you can provide to your insurance company and submit for reimbursed. Also, many clients are able to use their HSA funds to pay for sessions.
How long should I expect the process to take?
The healing process is different for each person but factors to consider include severity of issues/symptoms, frequency of appointments, honesty and courage, and readiness for change.
